摘  要:电镀铬为常规电镀工艺,其镀层具有较高的耐摩擦系数,被航空领域广泛使用。但其宽泛的镀层厚度范围不可避免的给机械加工及零件整体的公差分配带来困难。从零件用途出发,对该类镀铬层的加工方式进行分类,对不同零件的实际公差要求及表面粗糙度要求应选择何种加工方式进行了叙述;同时,对两种不同加工方式的公差分配原理及计算方法进行了系统分析,最终通过生产验证了该方法的可行性。Chrome electroplating is a conventional electroplating technology, with higher friction coeffi- cient of its coating, and is widely used in aviation sector. But broad range of the coating thickness inevi- tably caused difficulties in machining and integral tolerance allocation of the parts. In this article, pro- cessing methods of the chrome coating were classified, which processing methods should be chosen for dif- ferent parts with different requirements of actual tolerances and surface roughness were described, accord- ing to the use of the parts ; meanwhile, tolerance allocation principle and calculation methods of two differ- ent processing methods were analyzed systematically, and finally feasibility of the methods were verified production.
