摘  要:制定了测定无氰碱性镀锌溶液中锌质量浓度的新方法。在p H=10的条件下用三乙醇胺掩蔽镀液中的铁和铝杂质,以铬黑T作指示剂,用EDTA标准滴定溶液滴定锌。实验表明,方法的相对平均偏差为0.2%,回收率为99.12%。与以氰化钾作掩蔽剂的测定方法相比,该方法简单,操作安全,无污染。A novel determination method of zinc mass concentration in cyanide-free alkaline zinc plating bath was established. Impurities of iron and aluminum in the plating solution were masked by triethano- lamine, and the zinc was determined by mean of EDTA volumetry with using eriochrome black T as indi- cator under the condition of pH = 10. Experiments showed that the relative average deviation of analysis results was 0.2% and the percent recovery was 99.12%. Compared with the method of which potassium cyanide was used as masking agent ,this method is simple, safe and no pollution.
