某高校学前教育专业毕业生性相关疾病检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的检查学前教育专业毕业生性相关性疾病的感染情况。方法学前教育专业毕业生462名。空腹采集静脉血3 m L,离心取血清检测梅毒抗体。采集生殖系统分泌物涂片,革蓝氏染色检查淋球菌,女大学生同时采用盐水直接涂片法显微镜检查霉菌、滴虫感染情况。结果血清梅毒抗体检查均为阴性,淋球菌染色也全部阴性。女学生霉菌感染检出27例,占6.05%。滴虫感染检出7例,占1.57%,其他感染11例,占2.47%。结论本届学前教育专业毕业生未见梅毒、淋球菌感染者。但女大学生中霉菌、滴虫以及其他感染者占10.09%。应对女大学生进行月经期生殖系统卫生的健康教育。Objective To understand the infection status of sexual relative diseases among university students of pre-school education major. Methods A total of 462 graduates of preschool education were examined for the syphilis antibody,Neisseria gonorrhoeae,mycete and trichomonas. Results The syphilis antibodies were negative,and Neisseria gonorrhoeae was negative as well. There were 27 cases of mycotic vaginitis（ 6. 05%）,and 7 cases of trichomonas vaginitis（ 1. 57%） among 446 female students. Conclusions There are no syphilis or Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection among the graduates. However,mycotic vaginitis or trichomonas vaginitis account for a certain proportion（ 10. 09%）,and the relative health education,particularly in female students,should be strengthened.
