摘　　要：介绍了新钢冷轧厂酸性废水处理系统运行过程中存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,在通过现场管理解决问题的同时,指出了系统设计时应注意的问题,并提出了水处理是集药剂、设施设备及管理于一体的体系的观点。Problems in the operation of the acid wastewater treatment system of Xingang cold rolling mill were introduced and the causes of the problems were analyzed. Issues in system design were pointed out while site management was strengthened to resolve the prob-lems. It was also put forward that wastewater treatment is a system integrating chemical a-gents, equipment and management.
