摘 要:研究了滩羊毛的形态结构特征及其力学性能。结果显示,滩羊毛的横截面近似圆形或椭圆形,有发达的髓质层,其髓质层含量和中空度从毛根向毛尖逐渐减小。滩羊毛随身体部位的不同具有不同的形态结构特征和力学性能,其背部、体侧、尾部、腹部毛纤维较长,较粗;鳞片呈龟裂状,翘角较小,密度较大,结构复杂;断裂强力和断裂伸长率也较大,初始模量适中。相比较而言,头部和脚部的毛纤维较细短,具有类似于羊绒纤维的环状鳞片结构,断裂强力和断裂伸长率较小,初始模量与体侧毛相当。The morphological structure and mechanical performance of tan sheep wool have been characterized in this study. The result shows that tan sheep wool has a well developed medulla layer and a round or an ellipse cross section. The content of medulla layer and the degree of hollowness gradually decrease from the butt to the tip of the wool fiber. The morphological structure and mechanical performance of the wool fiber differ in parts of the sheep body. The wool fibers from the back, the side, the tail and the belly are longer and thicker. The scales are densely distributed on the surface of the wool fiber, displaying a complicated surface appearance. The breaking strength and elongation of the wool fibers from the back, the side, the tail and the belly are higher than those of which from the head and the feet. No obvious difference are discovered for the initial modulus of the wool fibers from different parts of the sheep body.
