摘 要:针对玄武岩纤维脆性大的弱点,利用单纱强力机分别对玄武岩长丝束纤维及玄武岩/棉包芯纱线进行了直接拉伸和对折以后拉伸的测试研究。结果表明:玄武岩纤维直接拉伸和对折以后再拉伸的强度损失值达43.6%;而玄武岩纤维与棉纺制的不同捻系数的纱线的直接拉伸强度与对折以后的拉伸强度的差异在30%以上,最多达60%;可见:不同拉伸形式下的强度损失除了与玄武岩纤维有关外,还与纺纱工艺有关。The strength of the basalt filaments and the basalt/cotton core spun yarn were tested directly and 'after folded in half respectively. The result show that the strength loss of the basalt filaments under direct tension and after folded is as much as 43.6%. However, the strength loss of the basalt/cotton composite yarn of different twist factors under direct tension and after folded ranges from 30% to 60%. Therefore, the strength loss of the composite yarn is not only related to basalt, but also to the spinning technique.
