摘　　要：目的以健康妇女阴道分泌物为分离源分离乳杆菌,寻求阴道优势乳杆菌,为治疗细菌性阴道疾病提供菌株基础。方法采用传统方法分离鉴定乳杆菌,筛选能产生过氧化氢的优势菌株,并用16SrRNA序列分析方法进行分子鉴定。并验证了其抑菌试验效果。结果从健康妇女阴道中分离到9种乳酸杆菌种属,主要有卷曲乳杆菌,格式乳杆菌,詹氏乳杆菌等,其他也有罗伊氏乳杆菌,约氏乳杆菌,嗜酸乳杆菌和发酵乳杆菌。大多数乳杆菌都能产过氧化氢,且对病原微生物有一定的抑制作用。结论卷曲乳杆菌,格式乳杆菌,詹氏乳杆菌等是妇女阴道内主要的乳杆菌种类,能产过氧化氢,并可以抑制病原菌生长。Objective To isolate lactobacillus from healthy female Vaginal Secretions,seek the advantage lactobacillus and provide a basis for treating bacterial strains vaginal disease. Methods Using traditional morphology analysis to identify lactobacillus. Screening for hydrogen peroxide-producing lactobacillus. Applying 16 SrRNA sequence analysis molecular biology methods to identify it exactly. And had confirmed its bacteriostasis experiment effect. Results L. gasseri,L. crispatus,L. jensenii were the major species isolated from the healthy women,and the other types included L. johnsonii,L. acidophilus and L. fermentum. Most of these lactobacilli can produce hydrogen peroxide,and also had certain inhibitory action to the pathogenic microorganism. Conclusion L. crispatus,L. jensenii and L. gasseri were predominant species in the vagina of healthy Chinese women and can produce hydrogen peroxide. They had certain inhibitory action to the pathogenic microorganism.
