摘 要:在冷冻诱导相分离制备N-组氨酸壳聚糖支架(NHCS)的基础上进行二次相分离,利用不同取代度的NHCS和不同N-组氨酸壳聚糖/聚乳酸质量比制备一系列N-组氨酸壳聚糖/聚乳酸(NHCS/PLLA)支架.通过红外光谱、广角X射线衍射、热分析和扫描电镜等来表征NHCS/PLLA支架.结果表明,同一种NG组氨酸壳聚糖支架(50kD-NHCS-3),N-组氨酸壳聚糖/聚乳酸质量比减小,支架孔隙率减小,密度增大.支架材料的孔尺寸约在12-25μm,孔隙率均大于92%,抗压强度和弹性模量分别在0.33-0.78MPa和1.75-5.28MPa之间,有望适用于软骨组织工程支架.Histidine-grafted-chitosan/poly(L-lactide)(NHCS/PLLA)scaffolds were prepared through the dual phase separation technique by changing the mass ratio of NHCS/PLLA and the type of NHCS.Chemical structure,morphology and mechanical properties of NHCS/PLLA composite scaffolds were characterized through FT-IR,WXRD,thermal gravimetric analyzer and field-emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM).Based on the same scaffold of NHCS(50kD-NHCS-3),the pore size of NHCS/PLLA composite scaffolds decreased with the decrease of the mass ratio of NHCS/PLLA,making the density of NHCS/PLLA scaffolds larger.The pore size of NHCS/PLLA scaffolds were about 12-25μm,the porosity were greater than 92%.The comprehensive strength and the comprehensive modulus were 0.33-0.78 MPa and 1.75-5.28 MPa respectively,which could be applied in cartilage tissue engineering.
