摘 要:建立离子色谱法测定纯净水中F^–,BrO3^–,Cl^–,NO2^–,Br^–,NO3^– 等6 种阴离子的方法.淋洗液为1.2mmol/L NaHCO3–1.0 mmol/L Na2CO3 混合溶液,流量为1.5 mL/min,柱箱温度为35℃.在底液中加入与淋洗液同浓度的Na2CO3–NaHCO3 碱化底液可有效消除水负峰.6 种阴离子的检出限为1.0~21.0 μg/L,加标回收率在90.0%~106.0% 之间,相对标准偏差为1.43%~4.49%(n=5).该方法测定结果准确、可靠,操作简便快速,适用于纯净水中F^–,BrO3^–,Cl^–,NO2^–,Br^–,NO3^– 的测定.Ion chromatography for determining 6 kinds of anion of F^–,BrO3^–,Cl^–,NO2^–,Br^–,NO3^– in pure waterwas established. 1.2 mmol/L NaHCO3–1.0 mmol/L Na2CO3 was as the eluent with the flow rate of 1.5 mL/min and thecolumn oven temperature of 35℃ . The water negative peak was effectively eliminated by adding the Na2CO3–NaHCO3 solutionwhose concentration was same as the eluent concentration. The method detection limit was 1.0–21.0 μg/L for 6 kindsof anion. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 1.43%–4.49%(n=5) and the standard addition recoverywas 90.0%–106.0%. This method is simple to operate,the test result is accurate and reliable,so it is suitable for the determinationof F^–,BrO3^–,Cl^–,NO2^–,Br^–,NO3^– in pure water.
