摘 要:目的:探讨MAP混悬洗涤红细胞的制备及其质量控制。方法:将已制备的MAP混悬洗涤的红细胞放4℃冰箱中储存,分别于储存15 d、25 d、35 d取样,检测计算其溶血率;于第35 d检测上清蛋白质含量及无菌试验。结果:在储存期内MAP混悬洗涤红细胞的质量容量平均268 ml,血红蛋白含量平均48.5 g/袋;上清蛋白质含量平均0.4 g/袋;溶血率平均0.23%,溶血率随储存时间逐渐升高,在第25 d后升高尤为明显。结论:红细胞保存液混悬洗涤红细胞35 d的质量控制符合国家标准要求;库存上限为日常发血量25 d的用量。Objective:To explore preparation and quality control of MAP suspended washed red blood cells. Methods: The prepared MAP suspended washed red blood cells were sored in a 4℃ refrigerator for 15d, 25d and 35d and sampled, respectively. The hemolysis rate was calculated and protein content in supernatant at 35d was detected. The sterility test was also performed. Results:The quality control program of MAP suspended washed red blood during storage:the average volume was 268ml;Hb average value was 48. 5g/ bag;the average value of protein content in supernatant was 0. 4g/bag;the average hemolysis rate was 0. 23% and was rising gradually with time, especially after 25d. Conclusions:The quality control program for MAP suspended washed red blood cells com-plies with national standard at the end of the storage (35 d);the maximum of the stock of blood can be used for 25d under the amount for daily use.
