归芍颗粒联合半导体腧穴热敏化治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛61例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察归芍颗粒联合半导体腧穴热敏化治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、单盲、平行对照的临床研究方法将61例患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组31例患者口服归芍颗粒联合半导体腧穴热敏化治疗,对照组30例患者口服吲哚美辛片25mg,肌注维生素B12500μg,每日1次,10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分变化情况及疼痛缓解程度,并对治愈患者进行3个月的随访。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为96.77%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,治疗组患者未见明显不良反应,对照组有3例出现轻微胃不适症状。结论:归芍颗粒联合半导体腧穴热敏化治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效可靠,安全性高,可明显改善患者疼痛症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective：to study effective methods of treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods：a randomized, single blind, par- allel-controlled clinical study on the method, observed cases are derived from this Department outpatients and inpatients a total of 61 cases, by visiting time number, reference a random number table will be divided into 2 groups. Treatment group 31 cases, oral owned Shao particles joint semiconductor guided points hot sensitive of treatment; controlled group oral indole effect us syinplectic tablets 25mg, vitamin B12 500μg, muscle note, daily 1 times, course 10 days, treatment two a course, observation clinical effect, and treatment before and after effect standard and the symptoms and signs of integral standard, respectively statistics out cure, and improves, and invalid cases number, Total effective rate and ease pain before and after treatment （clinical signs and symptoms）, and two sets of cured patients 3 months follow up. Results：After treatment, treatment group total effective rate was 96.77 %, signifi cantly higher than that of control group 73.33 %, comparing the two groups statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Treat ment group patients pain score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Treatment after two courses of treatment group no obvious adverse reaction, the control group stomach mild discomfort （8 cases）. Conchlsion：Shao granule combined with acupoint heat-sensitive diode reliable treatment of neuralgia of Herpes Zoster, has a clear advantage in improving patient and it＇s worth promoting.
