摘　　要：随着城镇化进程的不断加快,土地作为社会发展和经济活动的一种特殊载体,在区域经济可持续发展过程中的重要性越来越突出。研究以推进蓝区城镇化进程中土地资源优化配置为主旨,将经济地理学中的区位理论、城市经济学的空间结构理论等与城镇土地利用和城镇化的现状紧密结合,洞悉土地资源利用与城镇化发展的互动机制,将理论与具体研究相结合,提出蓝区城镇化快速发展进程中的土地资源优化配置策略和优化配置方案,将用地方案与转变城镇发展理念和发展方式结合起来,探讨实现土地资源可持续利用的有效路径,丰富和完善城镇化与土地利用关系的理论。Aimed to promote the optimal allocation of land resources in the process of urbanization in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone,this paper analyzed the interactive mechanism between land-use and urbanization development,raised the land resources optimization allocation strategies and optimization in the process of the rapid urbanization development,and posed the effective path to achieve the sustainable utilization of land resources. With the combination of land-use planning with the urbanization development concept and sustainable development mode,the study enriched the theory of urbanization and land-use,to certain extent.
