B超在产科胎儿异常状况诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的观察表面三维成像(Three-dimensional ultrasound surface,3-DUS)与断层超声显像(Tomography ultrasound imag-ing,TUI)两种三维超声显示技术在胎儿腹裂畸形中的应用价值。方法对2011年1月—2014年1月在我院进行产前体检的产妇1 190例,分别进行3-DUS以及TUI检查。对比两种检查在诊断胎儿腹裂畸形的准确性。结果 3-DUS检测准确率为73.08%,TUI检测准确率为57.69%,3-DUS+TUI检测准确率为100%;3-DUS检测特异性为99.1%,TUI检测特异性为98.7%,3-DUS+TUI检测特异性为99.9%。结论 3-DUS与TUI技术同时使用,能够最大程度地提高对胎儿腹裂畸形的检出率,值得推广。OBJECTIVE To observe the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound surface（3-DUS） and tomographic ultrasoundimaging（TUI） in fetal gastroschisis malformation. METHOD 3-DUS and TUI examination was performed for 1190 cases of pregnantwomen who received maternal prenatal examination from January 2011 to January 2014.The accuracy of both examinations in the diag-nosis of fetal gastroschisis malformation was compared. RESULT The accuracy rate of 3-DUS was 73.08%, while 57.69% for TUIand 100% for 3-DUS＋TUI;the specificity of 3-DUS was 99.1%,while 98.7% for TUI and 99.9% for 3-DUS ＋ TUI. CONCLUSION3-DUS plus TUI can maximize the detection rate of fetal gastroschisis malformation, which is worth promotion.
