塑件表面模内装饰技术应用现状分析

摘　　要：简要介绍了塑件表面模内装饰技术的分类及其工艺流程,分别针对模内镶标注塑(IML)、模内镶件注塑(IMF)和模内转印(IMR)等工艺的成型方式、工艺特点、适用范围等进行了比较和说明。重点论述了装饰膜的材料和结构,并列举了部分装饰膜的应用;同时讨论了模内装饰技术对装饰膜塑胶片材和油墨的要求。最后,列举了目前国内外模内装饰技术中较为新颖的实际应用和工艺方法,展望了未来塑件表面模内装饰技术的发展趋势,并给出了一些建议。The classification and process flow of the in-mold decoration technology on the plastic part surface were introduced briefly. The mold methods, process characteristics and application scope of IML, IMF and IMR were compared and described respectively. And the material requirements and structure of the in-mold decoration technology were discussed emphatically, and parts of the application of decorative films were listed. The requirements of decorative film plastic sheet and ink of in-mold decoration technology were also discussed. Finally, some innovative practical applications and the process methods of the in-mold decoration technology at home and abroad were listed, and the future developing trends of the in-mold decoration technology on the plastic part surface and some advices were given briefly.
