摘  要:发电机故障监测方法众多,而发电机内部过热监测方法具有灵敏度高、能实现故障早期报警、避免故障扩大等优点,而且快速与全面,其核心部件是进口离子室探测器。在探测器国产化设计中解决了进口产品在密封结构、电极耐压气密贯穿管存在的问题,通过试验给出了探测器输出信号与温度、压力、流量的关系。研制的探测器已经在电站实际应用,稳定运行,其性能指标满足使用要求,与国外探测器相比,输出电极耐压气密贯穿管的设计具有创新性。Generator fault monitoring method is numerous, the generator's internal overheat monitoring method has high sensitivity and can realize the fault early warning, avoid to wait for an advantage, and fast and comprehensive, its core parts are imported ion chamber detector. In detector localization design solves the imported product in sealed structure, the electrode pressure problems of air through the tube, through experiment shows the detector output signal's relationship with temperature, pressure, flow rate. Developed detector has practical application in power plants, stable operation, the performance indicators meet the requirement to use, compared with foreign detector, the output electrode pressure on innovative design of air through the tube.
