民办高校核心竞争力内涵及构成要素分析

摘　　要：随着高等教育市场化的形成和发展,大学之间的竞争越演越烈,民办高校如何在激烈的竞争环境中寻求和提升自身的核心竞争力,是亟待解决的现实课题。很多学者在论及民办高校核心竞争力时,常常将其与高校固有能力相混淆,又或者照搬公办高校的核心竞争力,没有体现民办高校自身的特殊性。文章拟围绕民办高校核心竞争力的概念入手,厘清民办高校核心竞争力的内涵,进而对其进行优劣势比较分析,以期构建民办高校培育核心竞争力的构成要素模型。With the formation and development of higher education marketization,the competition among the universities would be more and more stiff. It is urgent to research the subject about how to seek and improve the core competence of the private university in the fury competition environment. Many Scholars usually confuse the core competence of private university with the competence of higher university, or they regard the concept of the core competence of the public university as the core competence of the private university, which would not em- body the particularity of private university. The chief aim of the present paper is to study the concept of the core competence of the private university, and to differentiate the connotations and the characteristics of the core com- petence of the private university. Furthermore, the advantages and the disadvantages of the private university would be analyzed. Finally, the element model of the core competence would be established for private university.
