摘　　要：通过对2 MW风电轮毂大型铸件的铸造技术研究,采用CAD及MAGMA模拟软件进行综合应用及生产试验,完成了2 MW风电轮毂铸件的生产,满足了我公司2 MW风电机组配套需求,同时积累了相关经验为日后生产更大风电铸件做准备。Based on the research on the casting technology for the heavy casting of 2 MW wind turbine hub,CAD and MAGMA simulation software are used for comprehensive application and production test,and the production of 2MW wind turbine hub casting is completed,which meets the matching demand of 2 MW wind turbines in our company,and accumulates the experience for the future production of larger wind power castings.
