摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对首发精神分裂症患者疾病康复及服药依从性的影响。方法按入院时间先后将160例首发精神分裂症患者分对照组和观察组各80例,两组均接受常规抗精神病药物治疗、日常性健康教育及娱疗活动,观察组在此基础上予认知行为干预。干预前及干预2周、4周、6周后采用自制的药物认知与服药态度评估表评价患者药物治疗依从性,同时在干预前及干预6周后采用简明精神病评定量表评价患者康复情况。结果随着干预时间推进,两组患者药物治疗完全依从人数也逐步增加,但观察组明显高于对照组,两组干预6周比较,差异有统计学意义;简明精神病评定量表总分及各因子分两组患者干预前比较差异无统计学意义,干预6周后观察组明显低于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义。结论认知行为干预能提高首发精神分裂症患者服药依从性,并促进患者康复。Objective To study the eiiect of cogmtlve behavior intervention on rehat）flltatlon and drug compliance torfirst episode schizophrenia patients. Method Divide 160 first episode schizophrenia patients into observation group and con-trol group equally according to hospitalization order. Patients in both groups receive routine antipsychotic drugs, daily healtheducation and entertainment activities. Patients in observation group receive extra cognitive behavior intervention. Assesspatients＇ drug compliance before and 2 weeks, 4weeks and 6 weeks after intervention by self-designed scale on drug cogni-tion and attitude towards taking medicine. Assess patients＇ rehabilitation status before and 6 weeks after intervention byBrief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）. Result Number of patients with complete compliance increases as intervention goesors Observation group has a better effect than control group. There is significant difference on effect 6 weeks after interven-tion between two groups. There is no significant difference on total score and scores of each factor in BPRS before interven-tion. Scores are obviously lower in observation group than control group 6 weeks after intervention. The difference is signif-icant. Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention can improve drug compliance and rehabilitation for first episode schizo-phrenia patients.
