摘　　要：糖尿病足之所以发生感染,甚至发展之迅速,从中医学理论可以认为:"正邪交争,正不胜邪"。张朝晖主任通过多年临床实践,逐渐总结出了糖尿病足发生、发展的规律,继承并创新性的提出了"护场"理论指导糖尿病足中医诊疗,临床取得良好的疗效文章就糖尿病足感染期内治法做一阐述,探讨此法的意义。Diabetic foot infection occurs and even rapidly develops,the traditional Chinese medicine theory considers that it is caused by struggling between the vital Qi and evils and the former fails to be dominated. By ZHANG Zhaohui＇s clinical practice,the diabetic foot occurrence and development laws was summed up and he inherited and innovation Huchang theory of Chinese medicine treatment,which has achieved good clinical efficacy. This paper discusses the significance of TCM therapies of diabetic foot with infection based on the Huchang theory.
