摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭是指各种原发病或继发性慢性肾脏病患者进行性肾功能损害所出现的一系列症状或代谢紊乱的临床综合征。通过临床实践和理论学习,我们认为"肾络瘀阻"能更好的概括慢性肾功能衰竭的发病机制,活血通络与脾肾双补是慢性肾功能衰竭基本治则,并创立了双丹饮为基础方加减治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,这对于进一步探讨慢性肾衰的辨治规律具有重要的临床意义。Chronic renal failure is a clinical various primary disease or secondary chronic kidney disease in patients with progressive renal damage caused a series of symptoms or metabolic disorder syndrome. After clinical practice and theoretical study,we think that chronic renal failure can be better generalized by the pathogenesis of kidney collateral stasis. Promoting blood circulation and reinforcing spleen and kidney is the basic treatment of chronic renal failure. We created the Shuangdan Decoction to treat chronic renal failure. This has important clinical significance for the treatment rules to further explore the chronic renal failure.
