平肝固肾降逆法治疗中风后顽固性呃逆疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察运用平肝固肾降逆法治疗中风后顽固性呃逆临床疗效。方法:将47例患者随机分为治疗组24例,对照组23例,在中风常规治疗基础上,对照组给予常规的西医药物治疗;治疗组运用平肝固肾降逆法治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率60.9%(P<0.05)。结论:平肝固肾降逆法治疗中风后顽固性呃逆有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of Pinggan Gushen Jiangni Method on intractable hiccups after stroke. Methods： 47 cases with intractable hiccups after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 24） and control group（ n = 23）. The control group was treated with routine western medicine while the treatment group was treated with the Pinggan Gushen Jiangni Method. Results： The total effective rate was 91. 7% in treatment group and 60. 9% in control group. Compared the efficient of two groups,there was statistical significance between them（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The Pinggan Gushen Jiangni Method has significant curative effect on intractable hiccups during stroke.
