切开复位内固定联合中药治疗三踝骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:采用切开复位内固定联合中药内服、外敷治疗三踝骨折,观察其临床治疗优势及效果。方法:62例三踝骨折患者按照抽签方式分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用切开复位内固定术治疗;观察组于对照组治疗基础上加用中药内服和外洗等治疗;统计与比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、疼痛发生率、并发症、术后踝-后足评分。结果:观察组骨折平均愈合时间为(5.27±1.26)d明显短于对照组(12.10±2.71)d(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛和并发症发生率分别为9.68%(3/31)、6.45%(2/31),明显低于对照组38.71%(12/31)、29.03%(9/31)(P<0.05)。观察组踝-后足术后愈合优良率为83.87%(26/31),明显高于对照组67.74%(21/31)(P<0.05)。结论:三踝骨折患者应用切开复位内固定联合中药内服及外洗等治疗,其可加速患者骨折愈合,减轻患者术后疼痛及并发症发生,提高临床治疗效果。Objective： To observe the curative effect and advantage of open reduction and internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of three ankle fractures. Methods： 62 cases of three ankle fractures patients were divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation treatment and the observation group added herbal oral administration and external washing treatment. We compared 2 groups＇ fracture healing time,pain,complications and incidence of postoperative ankle hindfoot score. Results： In the observation group,the average time of fracture healing was（ 5. 27 ± 1. 26） days,significantly shorter than（ 12. 10 ± 2. 71） days of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s postoperative pain and complication rates were 9. 68%（ 3 /31） and 6. 45%（ 2 /31）,significantly lower than 38. 71%（ 12 /31） and 29. 03%（ 9 /31） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s ankle hindfoot postoperative healing excellent and good rate was 83. 87%（ 26 /31）,significantly higher than 67. 74%（ 21 /31） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Three ankle fractures can be treated with open reduction and internal fixation combined with Chinese herbs and external washing treatment,which can accelerate the fracture healing and reduce the postoperative pain and complications and improve the clinical treatment effect.
