摘  要:目的:研究半夏、夏枯草药对配伍后对夏枯草中迷迭香酸提取率的影响。方法:采用Thermo Scientific-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-1%甲酸(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为330 nm,柱温40℃。结果:迷迭香酸进样量在0.1-0.5μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为101.1%(RSD=1.71%,n=6)。双夏汤配伍后,半夏与夏枯草比例大于1.5∶1时迷迭香酸提取率降低,小于1.5∶1时迷迭香酸提取率升高。结论:双夏汤不同配伍中半夏的含量影响夏枯草中迷迭香酸的提取率。Objective: To study the effect of pinellia combined with prunellae vulgaris in different ratios on the extraction yield of rosmarinic acid. Methods: A Thermo Scientific-C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-1% formic acid( 30∶ 70). The flow rate was 1 m L / min and the UV detection wavelength was 330 nm. The column temperature was 40 ℃. Results: The linear range of rosmarinic acid was 0. 1 μg-0. 5 μg( r = 0. 9998) and the average recovery rate of rosmarinic acid was 101. 1%( RSD = 1. 71%,n = 6). Compared with prunellae,the extraction yield of rosmarinic acid was reduced when pinellia and prunellae ratio was greater than 1. 5 ∶ 1. And the extraction yield of rosmarinic acid was increased when pinellia and prunellae ratio was less than 1. 5∶ 1. Conclusion: Pinellia influents the extraction rate of rosmarinic acid in Shuangxia Decoction.
