龚廷贤治疗肿瘤方药用药规律探析

摘　　要：目的:通过搜集、整理明代医家龚廷贤治疗肿瘤相关疾病的内服方剂,总结其用药规律。方法:用Excel建立数据库录入系统,用SPSS17.0进行统计学分析,采用频数分析法。结果:治疗积聚的药物用药频率位居前三位的分别是理气药(23.3%)、活血化瘀药(23.0%)、补虚药(11.5%)。治疗翻胃的药物用药频率位居前三位的分别是补虚药(22.7%)、理气药(17.9%)、清热药(9.1%)。治疗肠澼的药物用药频率位居前三位的分别是补虚药(28.5%)、清热药(24.0%)、止血药(11.8%)。结论:龚廷贤治疗肿瘤相关疾病善用补虚药,重视扶正培本和辨证论治与辨病论治相结合。Objective： To collect and sort out prescriptions of diseases related to from Gong Tingxian＇s medicinal books in Ming dynasty and to summarize the prescription regularity. Methods： To database entry system was established by Excel and the statistic analysis was carried out with SPSS17. 0 through frequency analysis method. Results： The high frequency of drugs for abdominal mass was drugs for regulating the flow of Qi（ 23. 3%）,drugs for activating blood and resolving stasis（ 23. 0%）,tonics（ 11. 5%）.The high frequency of drugs for regurgitation of food from stomach was tonics（ 22. 7%）,drugs for regulating the flow of Qi（ 17.9%）,drugs for clearing heat（ 9. 1%）. The high frequency of drugs for projectile discharge of bloody stool was tonics（ 28. 5%）,drugs for clearing heat（ 24. 0%）,hemostatics（ 11. 8%）. Conclusion： Tonics was commonly used to treat tumor by GONG Tingxian,who emphasized on supporting vital Qi to relieve the primary cause of disease and to combine determination of treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs with treatment based on differentiation of disease.
