肝经俞募穴刺络放血法对失眠患者PSQI、SAS和SDS的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察肝经俞募穴刺络放血法配合针刺对失眠患者匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)的影响。方法:将72例患者随机分为针刺组(对照组)和针刺结合刺络放血组(治疗组),每组36例。对照组行常规辨证取穴治疗;治疗组在采用常规针刺治疗后,配合肝经俞募穴(肝俞、期门穴)刺络放血拔罐治疗。常规针刺:1次/d,5次/周;刺络放血拔罐法:2次/周,共治疗4周。治疗前后选用PSQI、SAS、SDS作为观测指标。结果:两组疗后疾病疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗后PSQI、SAS、SDS比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝经俞募穴刺络放血法配合针刺治疗失眠临床疗效肯定,较单纯针刺治疗临床效果更佳。Objective： To assess the influence of applying bleeding therapy on back Shu and front Mu points of liver meridian plus acupuncture therapy on PSQI,SAS and SDS of insomnia patients. Methods： 72 insomnia patients were random Ly divided into two groups： acupuncture group（ control group） and acupuncture combined with bleeding therapy group（ treatment group）,36 cases per group. Patients in control group were given conventional differentiation of syndromes to get the point. Patients in treatment group were given pricking and cupping therapy on back Shu（ Bladder18,BL18） and front Mu（ Liver14,LR14） points of liver meridian after normal acupuncture. Normal acupuncture： once a day,5 times per week; pricking and cupping therapy： twice a week for total of 4 weeks treatment. All patients were evaluated using questionnaires including the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire（ PSQI）,self-rating anxiety and depression scale（ SAS and SDS） before and after treatment. Results： Comparing the results after the treatment in the two groups,the disease curative effect had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. PSQI,SAS and SDS had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Bleeding therapy on back Shu and front Mu points of liver meridian plus acupuncture therapy has excellent clinical effect for treating insomnia and is more efficient than simple acupuncture therapy.
