摘 要:为了更好地了解鲜茧缫生丝与干茧缫生丝在结构性能上的差异,以同一产地的蚕茧为研究对象,分别缫制成鲜茧生丝和干茧生丝。对生丝的力学性能、纵向形态、表面基团、结晶度等进行测试和分析;在此基础上,将生丝进行泡丝处理,对浸泡后生丝的力学性能、相关的品质指标等进行测试。结果表明:在其他工艺条件相同的条件下,鲜茧生丝与干茧生丝在纵向形态、微观结构上差别不大;抱合、洁净成绩基本相同,但与干茧丝相比,鲜茧生丝的初期丝胶溶失率较大,断裂伸长率较小,清洁成绩较低。经过泡丝工序后,鲜茧丝的抱合、清洁、洁净性能明显低于干茧丝,这对后续的织造可能会造成一定的负面影响。To have a better understanding of differences of fresh cocoon reeled silk and dried cocoon reeled silk in structure and performance, this study prepares fresh cocoon raw silk and dried cocoon raw silk respectively with silkworm cocoons from the same place of origin as research objects, tests and analyzes mechanical properties, longitudinal morphology, surface group and erystallinity of raw silk, damps raw silk on this basis and tests mechanical properties and relevant quality indexes of raw silk subject to silk damping. The result shows that fresh cocoon raw silk and dried cocoon raw silk do not differ a lot in longitudinal morphology and microstructure when other technological conditions are the same~ their cohesion and cleanliness are basically the same. However, compared to dried cocoon silk, fresh cocoon raw silk has a higher early sericin dissolve-loss ratio, lower elongation at break and lower cleanliness. After silk damping, cohesion, cleanliness and cleanability of fresh cocoon silk are obviously lower than those of dried cocoon silk. This might produce certain negative influence on subsequent weaving.
