具有驱蚊功能的户外运动袜品的研究与开发

摘　　要：设计适合夏季户外袜品的组织花型,采用先进的织造技术进行编织,同时采用新型微胶囊驱蚊整理剂对运动袜进行驱蚊整理,测试了袜品的驱蚊效果、耐洗涤性能、透气率、断裂强力和断裂伸长率。实验结果表明:经过驱蚊整理后的驱蚊袜,蚊虫驱避率高达90%以上,经15次洗涤之后,驱避率仍然能保持77%左右,驱蚊袜具有良好的服用性能,其透气率良好,断裂强力和断裂伸长率符合服用要求。且产品手感柔软、穿着舒适体贴,能对足部起到户外运动防护作用。This study designs weaving patterns suitable for summer outdoor socks, weaves such socks with advanced weaving technology, uses new microcapsule mosquito repellent finishing agent for mosquito repellent finishing of sports socks and tests the mosquito repellent effect, washing fastness, air permeability, breaking strength and elongation at break of socks. The experimental result shows that the mosquito repellent rate of mosquito repellent socks subject to mosquito repellent finishing is over 90% and can still remain at about 77% after washing for 15 times. Mosquito repellent socks have good wearability and good air permeability. Their breaking strength and elongation at break meet wearing requirements. Such products are comfortable and nice with soft hand feeling and can protect feet in outdoor sports.
