转杯纺与喷气涡流纺新型纺纱技术发展与进步的新亮点——参观2014中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚州展览会的启示

摘　　要：新型纺纱与传统环锭纺比较具有纺纱工序短、生产效率高、劳动用工省、加工成本低的优势。介绍近几年来国内外新型纺纱技术的进步与发展,并把2014年中国国际纺织机械展览会上展出的国内外新型纺纱设备分全自动转杯纺、半自动转杯纺及喷气涡流纺3种,逐台作了性能与特点分析。指出近几年来随着纺纱技术的发展,国内外新型纺纱技术已有长足进步,呈现许多新亮点,尤其是国内新型纺纱技术与国外差距正在逐步缩小,扩大国内新型纺纱技术的应用是今后的方向。Compared with traditional ring spinning, new spinning technology has such advantages as short spinning process, high production efficiency, labor saving and low processing cost. This paper introduces progress and development of domestic and overseas new spinning techniques in recent years and analyzes the properties and features of 3 types of domestic and overseas new spinning equipment exhibited on 2014 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition： full-automatic rotor spinning, semi-automatic rotor spinning and air- jet vortex spinning. Besides, this paper points out that domestic and overseas new spinning technology has gained great progress with the development of spinning technology and presented many new highlights. In particular, Chinese new spinning technology is narrowing the gap with foreign countries. Expanding applications of Chinese new spinning technology is the future direction.
