电热消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定锌合金钮扣中铅含量的研究

摘  要:建立一种石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定锌合金钮扣中铅的实验方法。采用电热板加热消解锌合金纽扣,并使用石墨炉加热原子吸收法测定样品中的铅含量,对方法检出限、精密度、回收率进行考查。结果显示:方法检出限为0.125mg/kg,RSD为3.6%。方法回收率在94.7%~105.0%之间。实验结果表明:方法具有良好的准确度及精密度,适于金属钮扣中铅的准确定量分析。To establish a method to determine lead content in zinic alloy button by GFAAS. Electrothermal digestion method was used to deal with the sample of zinic alloy button. I.ead content in the sample was determined by GFAAS. The detection limit, recovery rate and precision of the method were checked. The detection limit was 0. 125 mg/kg; the RSD was 3.6%, and the recovery rate was between 94. 7%-105.0%. The results show that such method has favorable accuracy degree and precision, suitable for accurate quantitative analysis of lead content in metal buttons.
