摘  要:高节竹是优良的笋材兼用竹种,林地覆盖经营是促进竹笋早出、显著提高竹林经济效益的经营措施,为保障高节竹林的可持续经营,分析林地覆盖经营对高节竹2年生竹鞭的鞭根形态、抗氧化系统和主要养分含量的影响。结果表明,林地覆盖经营对高节竹鞭根的根长、根径、根系活力、POD活性和MDA、可溶性蛋白质、Mg、Fe含量均无显著影响,但使鞭根CAT活性和N、P、K、Ca含量显著升高,SOD活性、可溶性糖含量显著降低。综合来看,连续2 a的林地覆盖经营,对高节竹鞭根的形态和抗氧化系统无明显的不利影响,但能促进鞭根对主要养分的吸收与贮存。固此,高节竹可以实行连续2 a的林地覆盖经营。Phyllostachy prominens is a famous shoot and timber-used bamboo species. Mulching management is an important cultivation measures for bamboo to early shoot and get high profit. To protect the sustainable develop- ment of P. prominens plantations, we had carried on mulching management in continuous 2 years and then analyzed the effects of mulching management on morphology, root activity, antioxidant system and nutrient content of 2-year- old bamboo rhizome. The results showed that mulching maaagement for 2 years had no significant effect on length, diameter, root activity, POD activity and content of MDA, soluble protein, Mg and Fe in rhizome root, while CAT activity, content of N, P, K, Ca increased significantly, and SOD activity and soluble sugar content decreased markedly. All results indicated that mulching management in continuous 2 years had no adverse impact on morphol- ogy and antioxidant system of rhizome root, but advanced nutrient absorption and storage. Therefore, mulching management of P. prominens plantations could be implemented for 2 years.
