摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)对先天性冠状动脉变异的诊断价值。方法对我院行冠状动脉CTA检查的1130例的影像资料运用最大密度投影、多平面重组、曲面重建、容积再现等后处理技术,对各种先天性冠状动脉变异进行汇总分析。结果 1130例冠状动脉CTA中检出冠状动脉变异167例,包括冠状动脉数目变异10例,冠状动脉起源变异13例,冠状动脉走行变异140例,冠状动脉终止变异3例,冠状动脉结构变异3例。结论 MSCTA可以作为先天性冠状动脉变异的首选检查方法。ObjectiveTo discuss the value of the multi-slice CT angiography(MSCTA) in the diagnosis of congenital coronary artery anomalies. Methods The MSCT coronary artery angiography date of 1130 cases in our hospital were used with volume rendering(VR), multiplanar reconstruction(MPR), maximum intensity projection(MIP)and curved planar reformation(CPR) to analyze a variety of congenital coronary artery anomalies. Results 167 cases of congenital coronary artery anomalies were found in 1130 cases of the MSCT coronary artery angiography. Incoluding 10cases of the number of congenital coronary artery anomalies, 13 cases of the origin of congenital coronary artery anomalies, 140 cases of the courses of congenital coronary artery anomalies, 3 cases of the end of congenital coronary artery anomalies, 3 cases of the structure of congenital coronary artery anomalies. Conclusion MSCTA can be the first method for diagnosis of congenital coronary artery anomalies.
