摘　　要：恶性肿瘤已成为危害人类健康最常见的疾病,也是导致人类死亡的主要原因之一。研究证实,恶性肿瘤患者可发生情绪障碍,其中以抑郁障碍常见,尤其在头颈部恶性肿瘤患者中的发生率较高。而抑郁直接影响肿瘤的发生、发展和治疗的预后,降低患者的生活质量。本文将探讨头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的抑郁障碍及心理干预方法。Cancer has become the most common diseases to damage human health and one of the result in human death. Studies have shown that cancer can occur emotional disorders, including depression, especially cancer patients with a higher incidence in the head and neck cancer. The occurrence of depression directly affect tumor development and prognosis and reduce quality of patient life. In this review, we research of the depression in head and neck cancers in depression and psychological intervention.
