福氏2c(新菌型)和福氏2a志贺菌生物学关系实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 F2 c (shigella flexneri 2 c,F2 c)与 F2 a志贺菌间的相互关系 (异同点 ) ,了解新菌型的各种生物学特性。方法 :对上述两株志贺菌进行生化、噬菌体裂解、药敏试验及血清学凝集。结果 :两株细菌生化反应、噬菌体裂解试验结果均相同。 F2 c同时含有群抗原 3,4和 7,它对庆大霉素、妥布霉素、卡那霉素、乙基西梭霉素、氧哌嗪青霉素耐药 ,而 F2 a则对以上五种药均敏感。结论 :新发生的 F2 c与 F2 a在药物敏感性上存在着很大差异。Objective:To explore the relationship between shigella flexneri 2c and 2a and understand biological characteristics of a new serotype shigella flexneri.Methods:Biochemical,phage,serumal aggiutination and antibiotic susceptibility testing were conducted with the same batch reagent.Results:Shigella flexneri 2c was identical to 2a on the the results of biochemical and phage test.There was both group antigen 3,4 and 7 in the shigella flexneri 2c,which was resistant to Gentamycin,Tobramycin,Kanamycin,Netilmicin,Piperacillin,to which shigella flexneri 2a was susceptible.Conclusion:There were some difference of antibiotic susceptibility testing between shigella flexneria 2c and 2a.It suggested that patient with shigellosis could not be treated according to the custom convention and a new seotype change of drug sensitivity must be considered.
