雪域红景天活力胶囊的急性毒性和致突变性的研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解雪域红景天活力胶囊的药用和开发利用价值。方法 :做小鼠急性毒性 ,Ames试验 ,小鼠骨髓微核试验 ,小鼠精子畸变试验。对其急性毒性和致突变性进行了测定。结果 :其经口急性毒性 (L D5 0 )大于 2 1.5 g/ kg,属实际无毒物质 ;Am es试验 ,小鼠骨髓微核试验 ,小鼠精子畸变试验均未显示致突变性。结论 :雪域红景天活力胶囊无急性毒性和致突变作用 。Objective:To acknowledge the value of the vigour capsule of Xueyu Rhodiola.Method:The acute toxicity test,Ames test,micronuclei test of bone marrow cell and sperm shape abnormality test in mice were carried out.Result:The LD50 of the vigour capsule of Xueyu Rhodiola was more than 21 5g/kg and any mutagenecities in the three mutagenic tests were not found.Conclusion:The vigour capsule should be applied widely.
