老年肱骨外科颈骨折钢板固定疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析钢板固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折老年患者的临床效果。方法:选取2011年7月-2012年3月笔者所在医院骨科收治的肱骨外科颈骨折患者72例,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组给予肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗,对照组给予"T"型钢板固定治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间分别为(102.7±23.2)min、(112.3±25.4)ml及(13.3±5.4)周;对照组手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间分别为(126.5±21.3)min、(129.7±26.1)ml及(15.3±5.7)周,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率100%;对照组总有效率88.9%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用肱骨近端锁定钢板及"T"型钢板固定均可有效治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,但采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗临床效果更优。Objective：To analyze the clinical effective of plate fixation treatment for elderly patients with humeral surgical neck fractures.Method：72 patients with humeral surgical neck fractures were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,which were treated with proximal humeral locking plate fixation treatment and “T” type plate fixation treatment.Clinical effective was observed.Result：The operation time,blood loss in operation and fracture healing time of treatment group were significantly lower than these of control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment total efficiency rate of treatment group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 88.9% of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Proximal humeral locking plate fixation treatment and “T” type plate fixation treatment are effective for humeral surgical neck fractures,proximal humeral locking plate fixation treatment is more effective than “T” type plate fixation treatment.
