摘　　要：随着近年来船舶行业科研院所科研任务的不断增长,国防科技报告的上报数量也随之提高。结合某船舶设备研究所国防科技报告管理工作的现状和模式,剖析了现行管理工作中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的改进建议。With the growing scientific research tasks of the shipbuilding industry in recent years, the number of national defense science and technology reports is also rising. In the paper, the present situation and the model of national defense science and technology reports management work is reported and the problems existing in the current management work is analyzed. At last the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward to solve the problems.
