摘 要:噪声作为铁路最为常见的职业病危害因素,在铁路行业中广泛存在。文章通过对某铁路驼峰车间减速器工区作业环境进行的现场卫生学调查和噪声强度检测,对噪声产生原因、噪声设备布局、工作人员数量、工作路线、接触方式、停留时间、噪声强度,个人防护情况、职业卫生管理措施等内容进行调查分析,为该岗位作业制定卫生防护对策和措施、改善不良劳动条件、预防控制职业病、保障职工健康提供了基础数据、科学依据及建议意见。Noise is the most common of the occupational-disease-inductive factors and is widespread in the railway industry. Through the on-site hygiene investigation and noise intensity detection in a reducer work area in a railway hump workshop, and by the investigation and analysis of noise cause, noise equipment layout, staff number, work route , contact form, length of stay, noise intensity, personal protection situation, occupational health management measures, this article provide the essential data, scientific basis and relevant suggestion, and help to formulate health protection countermeasures, to improve the bad working conditions, to prevent and control occupational disease and to protect the worker health.
