摘 要:根据某特种装备用两级分流式人字齿轮传动系统的构型特点,考虑轴承变形、啮合刚度、啮合误差和齿侧间隙等因素,建立了两级分流式人字齿轮传动系统的轴承-齿轮耦合非线性动力学模型。采用Runge-Kutta逐步积分法求解系统的非线性动力学微分方程,从而获得随机啮合刚度和啮合误差激励作用下两级分流式人字齿轮传动系统的动态啮合力和动态支承力及其频谱,采用Monte Carlo仿真获得动态啮合力和动态支承力的统计特征,研究了啮合刚度和啮合误差随机性对动态啮合力和动态支承力的影响规律,为两级分流式人字齿轮传动系统动力学优化以及动态可靠性优化奠定基础。According to the configurational characteristics,a bearing-gear coupled non-linear dynamics model of two-stage split herringbone gear trains used in special equipment was presented.In the model,bearing stiffness,mesh stiffness,mesh errors and gear backlash were all included.Then the Runge-Kutta step-by-step integration method was used to solve the non-linear differential equations of motion,the time history curves and frequency spectrums of the dynamic meshing force and dynamic bearing force were obtained considering the random mesh stiffness and mesh error excitations, and further,their statistical characteristics were determined by Monte Carlo simulation to analyze the influences of the randomness of mesh stiffness and mesh errors on the dynamic mesh force and dynamic bearing force.The research results lay a foundation for the dynamic optimization and dynamic reliability optimization of two-stage split herringbone gear trains.
