摘  要:为研究铁芯损伤电磁感应检测(electromagnetic core imperfection detector,ELCID)法在诊断发电机定子铁芯绝缘损伤问题方面的有效性,根据ELCID法的基本原理,分析了ELCID设备的结构及应用,同时运用Ansoft Maxwell软件,建立了基于有限元法的定子铁芯仿真模型,分析了对于不同位置的故障点,以及不同程度的绝缘损伤,ELCID法是否都能有效进行测量。研究结果表明:对于定子铁芯表面的绝缘损伤,ELCID法可以较为有效准确地测量表面故障点的电流;对于铁芯内部的故障,ELCID法不能准确测量故障点处的电流,但可以大致判断故障点的位置及损伤程度。相关结论为ELCID法的进一步应用提供了参考。In order to research the effectiveness of electromagnetic core imperfection detector(ELCID) method in the detection of insulation damages in generator stators, on the basis of the basic principle of ELCID method, we analyzed the structure and the application of ELCID testing devices. Meanwhile, we used the Ansofl Maxwell to establish an finite element model of generator stator, and analyzed whether ELCID method is capable of conducting comparatively accurate measurements according to faults of different severities at different locations. It is obtained that the ELCID method can measure the currents of surface faults with high precision and high efficiency. Meanwhile, the ELCID method is not able to accurately measure the currents of faults located in stator core, though it can determine the locations and severities of faults approximately. The conclusions can be used as references for further applications of ELCID method.
