摘  要:针对更换新型二次装置造成电压互感器轻载现象严重,进而引起实际运行时误差正偏较大的现象,基于多绕组电压互感器的电磁模型,详细分析了计量和保护绕组二次负荷额定值及实际值对计量误差的影响机理,根据理论和试验结果制定了多绕组二次负荷的配置原则,并将其应用于江苏电网电厂上网关口计量装置改造工程中。改造工程的检测结果表明,电压互感器的误差正向偏移现象得到了明显改善,运行计量精度代数平均值仅为0.00078%,且90%以上电压互感器的运行误差被控制在-0.05%~O.05%区间内,互感器设计的最佳误差特性点得到了应用。The replacement of secondary devices leads to seriously light-load working condition of voltage transformer (TV), which will cause large positive error deviation in actual running environments. Thus, on the basis of an electro-magnetic model of multi-winding TV, we analyzed the influences of the rated and actual secondary loads of measurement and protection windings on metering error in detail. According to the theoretical and experimental results, we presented a configuration principle of multi-winding secondary load and applied it to the reconstruction project of gateway metering devices in Jiangsu power grid. Further test results of the reconstruction project show that the positive deviation of metering error is significantly modified. The average running error is only 0.000 78% and the running error of over 90% of the TVs is controlled in the interval [-0.05%, 0.05%], indicating that an optimized error area of TV design has been applied.
