摘 要:为准确判断气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)内触头的接触状态,避免传统诊断方法只能依据管理值判断GIS触头接触状态的局限性,选取3种典型GIS导电连接件为研究对象,研究了不同幅值电流对接触电阻测量的影响,以及不同接触状态对接触电阻测量的影响,提出了一种评估GIS触头电接触状态的新方法。研究结果表明:当触头在不同接触状态时,流过不同幅值的电流,接触电阻会发生不同程度的收缩变化。因此,提出利用接触电阻随着试验电流增长的变化率,来判断触头的接触状态。通过对某500 kV变电站内GIS设备的现场试验表明,该评估方法能够在未知设备管理值的情况下对GIS触头接触状态进行精确的评估。In order to accurately determine the contacting states of contacts in gas insulated switchgear(GIS) while avoiding the limitation of conventional diagnostic method which can only judge the contact state according to management values, taking three typical contacts in GIS as objects, we investigated the effects of current amplitude and contact status on the measurement of contact resistance. Moreover, we proposed a new method for evaluating the contacting state of contacts in GIS. The experimental results show that, for contacts in different contact status carrying various currents, their contact resistances will have different levels of contraction. Hence, we proposed to evaluate the status of contacts by the fact that contact resistance increases with current amplitude. Further on-site experiments of GIS in a 500 kV substation show that the proposed method is able to evaluate the contact state of contacts accurately without knowing management values.
