摘 要:分析了选择性激光烧结成型精度的影响因素。采用正交试验方法,对精铸蜡粉进行了烧结成型试验,对影响烧结件尺寸精度的四个主要因素进行了分析,并得到最佳工艺参数及在此工艺下的修正系数。结果表明:随着激光功率的提高,试件收缩率呈加大趋势;随着扫描速度、预热温度和铺粉厚度增加,试件收缩率呈降低趋势。最佳工艺参数为:激光功率12 W、预热温度45℃、扫描速度1 500 mm/s、铺粉层厚0.2 mm,此工艺下水平方向修正系数为1.000 2,竖直方向修正系数为1.002。The influence factors of forming precision were analyzed. The selective laser sintering experiments of investment casting wax powder was studied by using the method of orthogonal test. The four important influence factors of dimensional accuracy were analyzed. The optimum process parameters and correction factor were obtained. The results show that the shrinkage ratio increased when the laser power improved, yet the shrinkage ratio decreased when the laser scanning speed and the preheating temperature and the powder layer thickness improved. The optimum process parameters showed that the laser power was 18 W, the preheating temperature was 45 ℃, the laser scanning speed was 1 500 mm/s, the powder layer thickness was 0.2 mm and the correction factor on horizontal was 1.000 2, the correction factor on vertical was 1.002.
