高效液相色谱法测定玉屏风口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的研究

摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定王屏风口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量，为控制玉屏风口服液的质量提供参考依据。方法：采用HypersilODS2 C18色谱柱，以乙腈-水（30：70）为流动相，流速：1mL／min；以蒸发光散射检测器：气体流速：2．4L／min；漂移管温度：108℃。对3批玉屏风口服液中的主要活性成分黄芪甲苷的含量进行测定。结果：黄芪甲苷在0．002～0．2mg／mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系；回收率为99．1％，RSD值为2．08％；3批玉屏风口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量分别为0．136mg／mL、0．142mg／mL、0．137mg／mL。结论：采用高效液相一蒸发光散射（HPLC—ELSD）法测定玉屏风口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量，具有快速、简便、准确、可靠等优点，能够用于玉屏风口服液的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for detecting the content of astragatoside in Yupingfeng oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, so as to provide references for controlling the quality of Yupingfeng oral liquid. Methods： HPLC was performed on Hypersil ODS2 C18 column with acetonitrile - water（30 ： 70） as the mobile phase, flow rate of 1mL/min, evaporative light scattering detector with gas flow rate of 2.4 L/min, and drift tube temperature at 108 ℃. Astragaloside content of three batches of YupinJeng oral liquid was determined. Results： Astragaloside within the range of 0.002-0.2 mg/mL showed good linear relationship with the recovery of 99.1% and RSD of 2.08%. Astragaloside content of the three batches was 0.136 mg/mL, 0.142 mg/mL, 0.137 mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion： HPLC-evaporative light scattering detection（HPLC-ELSD） is quick, simple, accurate, and reliable for detecting Astragaloside content in Yupingfeng oral liquid, and can be used for the quality control of Yupindeng oral liquid.
