摘　　要：铜矿是中国急需紧缺的矿产资源。从资源安全保障角度,针对中国铜矿资源禀赋、市场供需及产业发展的现状进行分析,指出中国铜矿产业发展中所存在的问题:产业链失衡和各级产业内部的结构性问题等。并从解决铜资源供应和铜冶炼加工环节的过多扩张导致的产业链不协调问题着手,提出中国铜矿产业安全、稳定、可持续发展的对策建议。Cooper is a scarce and urgently needed resource in China. This paper,from the angle of resource security safeguard, analyzes the current situation of cooper endowment, market supply-demand and industry development,and points out the problems existing in the development of copper industry, such as the unbalance of industry chain and structural problems within the industry. Finally, from the solution of copper supply and the discordant of industry chain caused by the excessive expansion of copper smelting, this paper puts forward some countermeasures conducive to a secure, stable and sustainable development of China＇s copper industry.
