摘　　要：基于深圳创新文化系统案例,从历史和结构两个视角探讨了表现层面上资源与力量的获取和利用方式,进而深入核心层阐述起指导和决定作用的价值观、理想与信念,揭示其发展四阶段、八要素之间的阶段性与连续性,以及系统构成与要素间的交互作用问题。This paper discusses the gaining and using modes of resources and powers as surface performance layer and by this go deep into values, ideas, faith as core guidance layer, uncovering the interaction matter between four stages and their continuity, as well as constitute forms and constitution elements four stages of development based on case of Shenz- hen innovation culture system from the perspective of combination of history with structure.
