产学研隐性知识转移的RMT模式研究

摘　　要：借用费斯克的关系模式理论,归纳分析产学研主体间的关系,剖析产学研主体间关系对隐性知识转移的影响,并由此从关系层面构建产学研隐性知识的关系式转移模式。研究发现,产学研隐性知识的关系式转移存在交易式转移、互惠式转移以及信任式转移3种模式。To find the solution of ＂how to improve the relation of transferring tacit knowledge＂, it propose to analyze the re- lations of organizations in industry-university-research cooperation based on relational models theory by Fiske, and ex- plores the effect of relations among industry, university and research institutions on tacit knowledge transfer, then devel- ops the models of relational tacit knowledge transferring in industry-university-research cooperation. It finds out that： there are three models in tacit knowledge transferring in industry-university-research cooperation, which are trading trans- ferring, reciprocal transferring and trusted transferring.
