摘 要:根据无刷直流电机绕组匝间短路故障的原理,建立了故障状态下的数学模型,并通过磁动势波形分析法推导了每极每相槽数q=1和q=2时故障前后绕组电感的计算公式。针对一台4极24槽样机,分别采用推导的公式和磁场有限元方法计算了不同短路匝数下的电感,并在Simulink环境下进行样机的正常状态和故障状态仿真。结果表明,公式计算的电感与有限元仿真的结果基本吻合,绕组电流、电磁转矩波形与理论分析一致,验证了电感计算公式的正确性及模型的有效性。The mathematical model of BLDC motor under fault state was constituted according to the princi- ple of inter-turn short circuit fault. Through waveform analysis of magnetomotive force, analytic relationships of inductances between health condition and fault operation were studied under slot number q = 1 or 2 in each phase per pole. Based on 24-slots 4-poles BLDCM, inductances under different short circuit turns were calculated by the analytic method and FEM. Fault simulation model buih in Simulink was used to discuss the performances in fault mode and normal condition. Results indicate that inductances obtained by the proposed formula and FEM just coincide and variation of stator current and electromagnetic torque shows an agreement with practical facts, which confirms the validity of the inductance calculating method and simulation model.
