摘 要:以减小内嵌式永磁同步电动机空载损耗,提高运行效率,同时合理选择永磁体尺寸为目标,采用"路"的方式计算得到电机永磁体宽度、厚度和中心高、定子齿宽以及气隙长度的最优范围,确定各水平数的名义尺寸;利用田口实验建立正交表,结合有限元法,分析各方案中电机的性能参数,推导出最佳优化方案;校验方案的可行性。实验与仿真结果表明,采用田口实验方法,电机的空载损耗减小,效率提高,永磁体用量减少,实现了多目标的同时优化。An scheme was proposed to decrease the no-load loss, increase efficiency and match magnet size logical for a inner permanent magnet synchronous motor. The optimal range of width, thickness and the cencreated by using Taguchi, combining with the finite element method, the motor performance parameters in each scheme were analyzed and the optimal scheme was deduced; Finally, The feasibility of the scheme was checked. The experimental and simulation results show that, by applying the Taguchi method into the desig- ning of the motor, no-load loss is reduced, the efficiency is improved, magnet dosage is decreased, and the goal of optimizing multiple targets can be achieved at the same time.
