摘　　要：微型电机用换向器的换向片,进行化学镀Ni-P处理后,采用中性盐雾试验法研究了换向器的换向片化学镀Ni-P后的耐蚀性;采用化学镀Ni-P工艺比传统镀金及镀钯工艺操作简便,且成本低廉。Electroless Ni-P plating processing on the surface of the micromotor commuator, studied on the corrosion resistance of the commutator by neutral salt test. Using electroless Ni-P plating process than gold and palladium plating process is simple, and the cost is low.
