复方芎蝎胶囊联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方芎蝎胶囊联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法将300例糖尿病下肢血管病变病患者随机分为治疗组,对照1组、对照2组,每组各100例。3组均予基础常规治疗,治疗组加复方芎蝎胶囊联合西洛他唑治疗,对照1组加西洛他唑口服治疗,对照2组仅予常规治疗。60d为1个疗程,1个疗程后检测各组踝肱指数(ABI)、下肢血管彩超,并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照1组71.0%,对照2组59.0%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照1、2组(P﹤0.01)。3组治疗后ABI及胫前动脉血流速度均有改善,治疗组及对照1组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组改善情况优于对照组1、2组(P<0.01)。结论复方芎蝎胶囊联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease treated by Fufang Xiongxie capsule combined with cilostazol. Methods 300 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were randomly divided into three groups, treatment group, control group A and control group B. Patients in three groups were treated by basis of conventional therapy. Treatment group received Fufang Xiongxie capsule combined with cilostazol. Control group A received cilostazol oral medication. The course was 60 days in three groups. ABI and pretibial artery blood flow velocity were observed after a course. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 88% , that of control group A was 71%, control group B was 59%, total effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group A, B （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. ABI and pretibial artery blood flow velocity after treatment in three groups were improved, there was statistically significant difference between before and after treatment in the treatment group and control group A on ABI and pretibial artery blood flow velocity （P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no statistical significance between before and after treatment in the control group B （P 〉 0.05 ） ,There was statistically significant difference between the treatment group, control group A and control group B on ABI and pretibial artery blood flow velocity after treatment （ P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion Fufang Xiongxie capsule combined with cilostazol on the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease is effective, worthy of promotion.
